Dear Fellow Rotarians

For a long time, those who are associated with us will talk about the resounding success that the new member Induction meet was. Trust me when I tell you this but what you hear is nothing compared to how fabulous it was at the venue.
Everything fell perfectly in place- right from the date and the resort that we chose. In August the month of membership, our focus was on enrolling new members. Right now, our count stands at 40 and continues to grow…

From an Astrologer's perspective, it is my duty to remind you that Saturn is transiting from Leo (Simha) to Virgo (Kanya). If you have been told that this is a favorable transit then go ahead and celebrate. In case they told you that the transit is not favorable don't worry because the service minded Rotarians are always shielded. So just don't forget to spend more time in Rotary activities especially community service projects.

September is the month of New Generation activities. We are going to pay more attention to getting the youngsters involved. In order to accomplish this, we have planned a series of very interesting workshops like etiquettes, theatre etc If you have a great idea to contribute to the month's activities then please pour out your views and email it to ekdhilip@yahoo.com

We are working out on a unique medical camp in Saidapet on Gandhi Jayanthi day. Rtn Muthukumar has come forward with great suggestions and I am sure others are going to join in with full enthusiasm. We are planning to switch over to alternate medicines like Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Siddha, Homeopathy, and the latest in natural healing.

Currently the attendance in our club meetings is steadily increasing. With more interesting guest speakers, celebrities and pleasant surprises in meetings, I predict.....we will soon reach 80%.
